4. Use of Photos for Marketing & Promotion

Our Terms and Conditions explain that photos taken at events may be used by Elite Photo Booths

Yorkshire for promotional purposes. This includes:

• Our website

• Social media platforms

• Online galleries and portfolios

We rely on Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) as our lawful basis for using photos in this

way.

If you appear in a photo and would like it removed from our marketing, simply email

eliteboothsyorkshire@gmail.com and we will take it down promptly.

5. Data Storage & Retention 

• Photos are stored securely on a local hard drive and Google Drive, and provided to customers via USB stick. • We keep photos for up to 24 months, unless they are used for promotional purposes, in which case they may be retained longer.

 • Booking and customer data is kept securely on a local drive, and retained for up to 6 years to meet accounting and tax requirements. 

6. Your Rights Under GDPR You have the right to:

 • Access the data we hold about you

 • Request correction of inaccurate information

 • Request deletion of your data

 • Object to the use of your photos in marketing

 • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
